Been meaning to post these for a while but here’s some shots of Reagan’s nursery. We kept the paint the same color as the rest of the house just for simplicity sake. I wanted something I could easily change out if we were to have a boy the next go-round.
Thomas and I knew we wanted these photographs we found on Etsy. The problem was we couldn’t decide on what “theme” we wanted. Thomas really wanted the raccoon and I really wanted the giraffe. So we said screw it, and just picked the 4 we liked best. Who needs a theme anyway?
And we obviously had to get this sign for her room from House of Belonging. I mean, the name of the blog is Adventures of T + A. #obvi. I was torn between this one and a Cinderella quote, but Adventure always wins. The two signs below are from her Grandma’s.
I also have a mild obsession with Alice and Wonderland. I probably have about 6 different versions in the house. So when we went to Paris last year, we stopped by Shakespeare and Company to get some good reads. I grabbed this copy thinking “one day” I’d put it in our future baby’s nursery. Little did I know I was actually already pregnant.
And after pregnantly obsessing over Pinterest and how to do a nursery and all the organized closets I saw pinned, we went to Ikea to get a bookshelf to help keep things organized. We just turned it on its side and got little canvas boxes from Target to hold toys, blankets, and other extras like diapers. I forget what the shelf was called but I think it was like $40.
And thats pretty much it! I get lots of comments on Instagram asking about her crib sheet with all the names in script. The crib sheet and furniture are from Pottery Barn 🙂
